Conduct opportunity sizing, business and market assessments, competitive analyses, and other quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform investment and prioritization decisions.

(20%) Strategic Planning & Strategy Management – Support the processes and mechanisms that translate strategy into action, including strategic planning, objectives and key results (OKRs), portfolio reviews, business reviews, and leadership discussions. Help assess progress against strategic priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and synthesize implications for leadership.

(10%) Market & Competitive Insights – Conduct targeted primary and secondary research to understand relevant healthcare, customer, competitor, technology, and market dynamics. Synthesize external insights into implications for CSI’s businesses, portfolio, and long-term strategic direction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Economics, Analytics, or Strategy preferred.

• Technical Capabilities – Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word.
• Execution Orientation – Ability to independently own workstreams, manage multiple priorities, collaborate across a matrixed organization, and drive work from analysis through recommendation.

Critical Requirements / Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, consulting, product strategy, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, including market assessment, opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, and business case development.
• Ability to develop compelling executive-level presentations that connect analysis, insights, implications, and recommendations.
