2027 WM, Winter Risk Analyst (8 month)

Day-to-Day Risk Operations

• Conduct information gathering, perform research and due diligence, and other activities related to assessing business risks
• Execute core operational risk activities (risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, documentation) across Third-Party Risk, IT Risk, and/or Business Continuity domains
• Support risk professionals in delivering consistent, high-quality risk management outcomes

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Partner with risk professionals to document current-state processes and design improved workflows
• Analyze operational data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
• Contribute to business case development for process improvements, supported by data and stakeholder feedback

Change Enablement & Stakeholder Communication

• Develop stakeholder resources (intranet content, guidance documents, training materials) to support awareness and adoption of new risk practices
• Support onboarding and self-serve capability design to improve organizational efficiency
• Participate in change communication planning and execution

Digital Transformation & Automation

• Support early proof-of-concept projects on workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Gather requirements, document use cases, and test prototypes for automation opportunities
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge capture for scaling automation across the team
