This is an opportunity for someone who wants to see how technology drives customer and business impact. Participate in scheduled engineering on-call coverage during regular workdays and working hours, with guidance from experienced engineers, to help triage and document issues.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations and Support teams and, where relevant, communicate directly with external partners to understand requirements, clarify technical questions and contribute to practical solutions.
Help improve reporting, monitoring, documentation, sample code, or support processes so teams can resolve issues and make decisions more efficiently.
Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, coding, analysis, and documentation while validating outputs, protecting confidential information, and taking ownership of the final work.

Experience writing and debugging code in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript or C++.
Clear communication of technical thinking, thoughtful clarifying questions and effective collaboration with teammates.
Comfort working with structured data in tables or CSV files and using spreadsheets to organize or review data.
Experience using AI tools to support learning, research or technical problem-solving, with a practice of validating outputs through testing or source review and handling information responsibly.
