Are you ready to jumpstart your career at Tyson Foods? We are seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our Walmart sales team and contribute to meaningful projects that drive our business forward. This year-round internship offers hands-on experience supporting our largest customer, with a firsthand look at how Sales, Category Management, Analytics and Insights, Innovation, R&D, the Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Customer Service work together. Interns learn by working alongside team members on real projects, both during the school year and over the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product, New Item & Retail Execution: Create and maintain product specification catalogs and documentation, ensuring supplier guidelines and processes are consistently met. Assist with new item setup, costing, and retail audits. Support retail execution by monitoring shelf availability, modular compliance, pricing and promotional execution, and product quality and presentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the groups our sales team works with every day, including Business Units, R&D, Innovation, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and more, to get work done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Embody Tyson Foods’ RIGHT Behaviors (Results, Integrity, Growth, Humility, and Teamwork) while building a holistic understanding of how sales works with these groups to deliver best-in-class partnership to the customer.
