Event Coordination & Follow-Up — Support the planning, attendance, and execution of key company and territory events, coordinating with wholesalers and the Sales Desk on pre-event preparation and post-event follow-through to maximize event ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Contribute to projects and meetings that span Product Marketing, Product Development, Relationship Management, Sales Enablement, and Digital Marketing, gaining broad exposure to how a modern distribution organization operates.
Market Research & Knowledge Management — Monitor competitor annuity products, distribution trends, and regulatory developments, and document Sales Desk workflows and playbooks that streamline onboarding for future team members.
