Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.

- Assist with pre-sales scoping, including discovery preparation, requirements gathering, use case identification, and solution summaries
- Help clients understand the differences between platforms from both a technology and a commercial standpoint, so they can choose the right fit for their organization
- Support Trace3's partnership programs with these manufacturers, including tracking program requirements, certifications, incentives, and partner enablement
- Work with the Intelligent Enterprise, Customer Experience, and AI Solutions Practice Directors to map each platform to their portfolios and identify where Trace3 services fit
- Collaborate with Tracers from other groups, such as AI Governance, to connect offerings across teams and build joint stories that accelerate the sale of Trace3's AI portfolio
