- Conduct tailored GivePulse information sessions for community partners (nonprofits), campus-based users, subgroup administrators, and occasionally other universities
- Support community-based organizations looking for volunteers from UT Austin; grow our affiliate partners list
- Assist in facilitation of the SERVE living and learning community, supporting 30 first year students in service involvement across Austin and getting to know UT Austin
- Assist in the facilitation and evaluation of training workshops for sponsored programs.
- Provide support for the VSL’s signature programs, development efforts and marketing initiatives, including the UT Volunteer Fair and Tower Awards.
- Provide logistical support for VSL programs (may include reserving rooms, coordinating workshops/speakers, administering surveys/evaluation tools, and facilitating team building activities, etc.).
- Attend weekly LVN team meetings, along with regular VSL staff meetings and Dean of Students staff meetings.
