A day in the life.

As an Insurance Summer Intern, you’ll be placed on one of our servicing teams — Business Insurance, Risk Transfer, Surety, Private Equity, or Employee Health & Benefits — where you’ll gain focused, hands-on experience and meaningful exposure to the day-to-day work of the team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our service platform while developing skills essential for a career in insurance. You’ll collaborate with your team to support data management and analysis, develop and maintain deliverables, and help with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your day-to-day will involve prioritizing tasks and projects to meet client and agency expectations while ensuring data integrity and quality by following established workflows and using internal resources efficiently.

If you’re a college student looking to take the first step toward a career in insurance, this internship will help you discover your interests while actively participating in training sessions, insurance courses, and team meetings. You’ll also collaborate closely with managers, mentors and fellow interns while working on projects and presentations throughout all aspects of the internship.
