2026-2027 Technical Growth and Capture Intern/Co-op

Advanced Space | Internship/Co-op | On-site

We’re going to the Moon. Want to help win the work that gets us there?

About the Role

At Advanced Space, we’re enabling humanity’s return to the Moon and building the technologies that will take us to Mars and beyond. We’re hiring an engineering student who wants to work on the business side of space as a Technical Growth and Capture Intern/Co-op.

You’ll join our Growth and Capture team, the group that finds, shapes, and wins the company’s new work. You’ll learn how a mission goes from a customer’s problem to a signed contract, and we’ll train you in our capture process from day one.

This is not an engineering position. You won’t design orbits or write flight software. Instead, you’ll support the people who win that work, so you’ll need the technical background to understand what our engineers do and explain why it matters to a customer.

We’re looking for the student with business cards or the grad student who owns a suit. If you’re an engineer who’s genuinely excited about business, customers, and strategy, this is the role for you.

This position starts in January 2027 or June 2027 and runs for at least one semester, with the potential to convert to a full-time Opportunity Lead role. It is open to U.S. citizens only, and candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Our team combines deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. We move quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and empower every team member to make meaningful contributions. We are customer obsessed and mission focused; when we see it, we solve it; we are one team, motivated by our vision; and we bring technical excellence and inexhaustible curiosity.
