This is an exciting opportunity to help transform how critical facility equipment and maintenance information is organized, accessed, and managed. You'll play an active role in developing a comprehensive digital asset management system for Building #1 using Eptura, Neogen's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). From organizing equipment records and digitizing technical documentation to developing preventive maintenance plans, your contributions will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen equipment reliability, and establish standards that could be implemented across multiple Neogen locations.

What You'll Do

• Bring Technical Documentation into the Digital World: Organize, index, and digitize equipment manuals, engineering drawings, schematics, and other critical technical documents for convenient access.
• Build Comprehensive Equipment Profiles: Develop detailed digital records for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems, incorporating manufacturer specifications and equipment information.
• Support Preventive Maintenance Excellence: Translate original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines into clear, step-by-step preventive maintenance (PM) checklists and digital work plans.
• Improve Spare Parts Accessibility: Develop equipment-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Eptura to support maintenance planning, inventory visibility, and equipment servicing.
